Cancellation Policy
As I am sure you will understand, as a small, independent business I need to protect my income so the following cancellation policy is in place.

If you need too cancel or rearrange your appointment:

• 48hrs or more before your appointment:  No fee

• Within 48 hours of your appointment:  50% of the fee will be charged

• Less than 24 hours of your appointment: 100% of the fee will be charged

• If you fail to attend a session without notice: 100% of the fee will be charged

* Please arrive on time for your treatment so that I am able to provide you with the full experience. 

I am unable to make up time at the end of the treatment as I need to complete notes and prepare the room ready for the next client. 

I work from my home clinic, which is a fully-inclusive, safe environment for all communities.
